\nCoach elkaar positief, pep elkaar op en feliciteer elkaar zoveel mogelijk; wees er voor elkaar als het nodig is.  Geen negatieve kritiek, maar tips om het beter te doen\u2026<\/p>\n

H<\/strong>ustle<\/strong>
\nWe zoeken constant hoe we meer kunnen doen dan wat er van ons verwacht werd \u2013 op en naast het terrein. Red Sharks moeten een toonbeeld van inzet en teamspirit zijn \u2013 op en naast het terrein.  Daarbij mag er geen onderscheid zijn qua inzet tussen matchen en trainingen. Embrace positive pain!<\/strong><\/p>\n

O<\/strong>penheid
\n<\/strong>communicatie is belangrijk \u2013 durf praten met elkaar i.p.v. over elkaar!  Opkroppen leidt tot negatieve lichaamstaal en dat straalt af op je ploeg.  Sta open voor nieuwe idee\u00ebn en wees niet bang om je mening te zeggen (zij het met respect natuurlijk)<\/p>\n

R<\/strong>espect
\n<\/strong>Elk lid van Red Sharks is een ambassadeur van zijn\/haar club en gedraagt zich daar ook naar.  Wees trots en straal dat uit.  Toon respect voor iedereen die het mogelijk maakt dat jij je hobby kan uitoefenen: vrijwilligers, coaches, scheidsrechters, tegenstanders, zaalwachters,ouders,\u2026
\nElk klein gebaar telt en kan een wereld van verschil uitmaken voor iemand anders!<\/p>\n
